We look at problems in a creative way and choose innovation in the fields of processes, services, models, and sustainability. We train using gamification, empathy, and scenarios. Each challenge is recognizable and realistic, so that our solutions are immediately relevant.
We also do everything we can to contribute in the field of sustainability and social policy.
We make maximum use of public transportation for national and international travel, print as little as possible, avoid single-use plastics, aim to work with suppliers who integrate sustainability into their policies, etc...
Goal 12: Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns
We commit ourselves to include at least one social project per trainer, we work together with voluntary organizations such as TAJO vzw, for some organizations we adjust our prices so they can invest in a safer working environment...
Goal 10: Reduce inequality within and among countries
Counterplay's core business is providing training and organizational security support. Situational awareness, behavioral analysis, and correctly reporting suspicious acts contribute directly to a safer world for everyone.
